quuality assuranceA permanent quality assurance is obligatory, starting with the beginning of the project and ending with the complete documentation. Each project is conducted by a project manager, who is working on the project with his technical and economical responsibility. He coordinates all activities and supervises the scope work with regard to time-limit and budget.
The internal quality management is carried out in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 on the base of the four-eyes principle respectively within the admission of the German Institute of Construction as an independent testing institute. In this spirit all projects are conducted and with regard to adherence of the required quality are controlled by the division managers and the management board. This is necessary to detect variations of the planned project execution in time so that this can be integrated in the further accomplishment and the process flow.
